This site generates synthetic media from photos. That capability comes with limits.

You must not

• Upload a photo of another person without their consent.
• Create content that sexualises a real person, or any content involving minors.
• Impersonate a real person for fraud, harassment, or to mislead about events that did not happen.
• Create content promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
• Use the output to defame, blackmail, or deceive.

You must

• Label published output as AI-generated where the platform asks for it.
• Keep the rights you claim: only upload photos you may use.
• Accept that a request that violates this policy may be refused without a refund of provider cost already incurred.

Enforcement

Violations can end access to the service without notice. To report content or a violation, email support@phototovideoai.best.
