By buying credits or using the generator you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Credits
Credits are a prepaid unit, sold in one-time packs from $4.99. They never expire. They are not money, cannot be transferred, and cannot be withdrawn. The tool page states how many credits each render spends before you start it.
Refunds
A render that is proved uncharged upstream is refunded in credits automatically. A render the provider charged for is not refunded. Where billing evidence is unknown, the case is reviewed manually and resolved against the provider record for that request id — not against a guess.
Your content
You keep the rights you had in the photo you upload. You grant this site the minimal licence needed to send it to the generation provider for that render. You confirm you have consent from anyone pictured.
No warranty on generated output
Generated clips are probabilistic. A render may differ from the sample, and the sample shows a real output of the same pipeline, not a guarantee of an identical result.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the credits used in the disputed render.
