What we store

• The credit ledger entries for purchases and renders, keyed to that token.
• Uploaded photos only long enough to submit them to the generation engine; job records keep the request id, not the photo.
• If you use email recovery: your email address and a six-digit code, so access can be restored.

What we do not store

• No passwords — there is no account system.
• No payment card data — checkout is handled by the payment processor.
• No advertising or cross-site tracking scripts on this site.

Third parties

Generation runs on a third-party model provider, and payments run on a third-party payment processor. Both receive only what is needed for that step. Analytics, when enabled, is limited to first-party page views on this domain.

Deletion

Email support@phototovideoai.best with the token or the email you used for recovery; the ledger entries tied to it are deleted within 30 days, except records a payment processor is legally required to keep.
